We are committed to providing our Canadian customers with the freshest and most expansive selection of products. To do this, we fulfill all orders directly from our breweries in the United States.

Once your order is placed, we pack it within 72 business hours of your order confirmation.
Ships from our U.S.A. Breweries
Orders ship out twice weekly from Connecticut or California and take an average of 3-4 days to reach the Canadian border.
Canadian customs to your door
Once your order has been processed by Canadian Customs, it will be delivered to your door within an additional 1-2 business days.
We pack and ship standard shipping orders within 72 business hours of your order confirmation. Carrier shipping may take 5-10 business days or longer depending on the delivery location.
FREE SHIPPING ON $60+
We currently offer free shipping for all orders $60 and over for most of Canada. If you live in an area classified as ‘remote’ by our delivery partner, you will be charged an additional $14.99 CAD. Non-remote subscribers receive free shipping on monthly shipments and free shipping on any additional orders of $30 or more.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We are unable to process returns for our beverage products as they are perishable products.

Where do you deliver?
What if I live in a remote area?
If you live in an area classified as ‘remote’ by our delivery partner, you will be charged an additional $14.99 CAD. Please note, we cannot ship to these remote areas in Canada. (A0K, A0P, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, V0L, V0T, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, X0G, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, Y1A, Y9Z).
I’m an Athletic Club subscriber. What is the shipping policy?
As an Athletic Club subscriber, you’ll still have the same free shipping on all subscription orders, plus any one-time orders of $30 CAD or more before taxes and fees. It’s just another awesome Athletic Club perk that you enjoy. Remote surcharges still apply for subscribers.
How do I report damage?
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If your Athletic Brewing items are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a photo and email us at email@example.com, and we will happily work with you.
Where is my order?
Orders can take up to 72 hours to process and ship. If you do not receive a shipping email or notification within 72 hours, please send us an email and we'll be happy to follow up.
Please note: once orders are shipped, tracking numbers can take a few days to update as they work through the network.
What if my package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived?
Please contact us so we can investigate and help you locate the package or provide a solution to get your brews to you as quickly as possible.
